Recovery Coaching is a form of strengths-based support for people in recovery from alcohol, drugs, codependency or other addictive behaviors. Our Recovery Coach Professionals will not only motivate and inspire your loved ones, but also support them in making a complete lifestyle change. Most people new in recovery struggle with the "how to" of making a complete lifestyle change. We work with your loved ones to find what works best for them, to support and create their new lifestyle. Working one on one, coaches develop a close bond and trusted relationship, and will tailor services to their individual needs and goals.
Recovery coaches help facilitate change within addictive and destructive behavioral patterns through all stages of recovery, whether someone has just been released from treatment, is currently living in a sober living facility, or living independently but experiencing challenges with staying on track. Recovery coaches encourage clients with creating goals, taking actionable steps, enlisting support, and using tools for a meaningful, continuous sobriety. Some activities recovery coaches can assist with include assisting with long-term planning, returning to work, reconnecting with friends and family, or applying for new opportunities, to name a few.

We strongly encourage peer support, as it is vital for anyone in recovery to develop relationships with others on the same path. Our coaches will spend their days working closely to introduce new experiences and relationships in a number of different settings, to help make and sustain a healthy lifestyle change.
